Q. How do you promote the event?
A. We promote the Convention in several ways:
BEFORE the event:
We heavily market the IIA of IL Convention Showcase as the largest industry event in the state. Information is included in all membership mailings, on our website, in our e-newsletters The Young Agents Advocate, and Association Brief, our magazine Insight. Information is distributed by our marketing representatives and included in all education class materials. As the date approaches a listing of exhibitors is available on our website with a direct link to your website.
DURING...
We place a list of exhibitors in the Official Convention Program. Exhibitors who have taken part in the USB Drive Opportunity will also have a description of the product/service and contact information available to each attendee. Long after the convention is over, the agents refer to this valuable resource of vendors.
AFTER…
Long after the event is over information on exhibitors can still be found on the Convention website.
