Important Notice for All Illinois Resident Insurance Producers

New Ethics CE Requirements Effective January 1, 2010!

The Illinois Department of Insurance has determines that the NEW ETHICS CE CLASSROOM REQUIREMENT, contained in HB 70, must be completed before your renewal in 2010.

If your license renews in 2010, you MUST have completed 3 hours of CLASSROOM ETHICS PRIOR to your renewal date or pay $180 penalty fee.

IIA of IL has scheduled several classes throughout the state to assist producers with compliance.
